Sur le thème du don et du partage des aliments, j’ai créé le Saint Réfrigérateur et la Femme fruit. Ils ont été les déclencheurs des projets participatifs à vocation solidaire qui ont suivi.

L’œuvre réalisée à partir d’un vieux réfrigérateur permet au public de le remercier symboliquement pour ses bons services rendus au quotidien en lui rendant hommage comme à un saint.

La Femme Fruit, sculpture en acier et grillage remplie de fruits, évoque l’idée d’une certaine prodigalité. Le public, en prenant un fruit, est invité à réfléchir au partage.

/ Saint refrigerator and the fruit lady. On the topic of giving and sharing food I created Saint Réfrigérateur et la Femme Fruit. This triggered other interactive projects with a vocation of solidarity that have followed since.

The work was made from an old refrigerator and the public were able to give thanks symbolically for the good service that it provides everyday, by paying their respects as if it were a saint.

La "femme fruit" (the fruit lady) is a sculpture made from steel and wire netting filled with fruits, conveying the idea of a certain prodigality. By taking a piece of fruit, the public is encouraged to think about sharing.
